We are since more than 30 years partner in terms of assembly equipment for small, midsize and multinational companies within the MedicalCare (Medical Technology, Diagnostics, Pharma) und Consumer.

You deliver the innovative products, we deliver the process and automation. Very often we start with a PoP ending up with a full size production machine.
Due to the majority of machines delivered in the medical field, we are organised accordingly and we are working based on the GMP principles.
Typical products produced on our machines are i.e. spray heads, dispensing actuators, Valves, Filters, Transfer sets, syringes, cannulas, infusion sets, droppers, nasal spray adapters, closures, etc
Very often we are also assembling complete units / devices consisting of many single components which are also inline checked 100%.
So sealing, gluing, welding, taping, gluing, coiling, component feeding, vision inspections, punching, checking (dimensional, flow, leak) are all known to us from low speed to high speed.
