Fields of application: In and around humans for the preservation of health, in extreme environ-mental conditions with regards to temperature and chemicals, or in high-precision systems. Therefore, validation and documentation as well as traceability are essential. This is confirmed by the ISO 13485 certificate and the successful inspection by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for medical devices as well as the AS9100D certificate for the aerospace sector.
Sustainable development and growth are based on continuous investments in state-of-the-art equipment, production technologies and training. The production equipment is constantly being adapted and increasingly automated to meet the market requirements and the economic needs of tomorrow. Three large CNC production sites comprise milling, turning and Swiss turning machines and are geared towards the production of high-precision and complex parts with very narrow tolerances and quality surfaces.
Clean production of medical devices according to the relevant regulations is ensured by controlled cleaning systems and processes. We are experts in precleaning, final rinsing with highly purified water and drying. For, assembly, packaging, mixing, and filling, a clean room ISO class 7 is available. We provide complete validation services including full documentation for your technical documents.
