TITAN BY SIGNER - added value for our customers

We have mainly titanium, but also cobalt-chrome and medical steel alloys in our portfolio for implants and instruments. We manage an extensive stock of round bars made of Ti6Al4V ELI in the diameter range from 1.5 mm to 50 mm. These are characterised by high precision and are extremely low in distortion - excellently suited for highly automated production, where disruptions in the process can quickly become costly.

In addition to the classic distribution services with individual logistics concepts or financing services, we also offer all pre-processing services. If foils, sheets or plates have to be cut to size, we can solve this by means of shearing, sawing or waterjet cutting. We also offer profile milling of bars, stress relieving, straightening and also laser marking of various semi-finished products.
