Antrimon Group AG will become a member of SwissFactory.Group AG as of 1 July 2023 and, with its decisive expertise in the development of integrated drive systems from mechatronics, will increase the range of services offered in the field of engineering.
Antrimon develops innovative mechatronic systems close to the drive. The focus is on sustainability and quality, from the idea to product support. By combining the versatile synergies from the three business divisions Drive Technologies, Engineering and Contract Manufacturing and the know-how thus acquired, significant added value is created for customers.
The SwissFactory.Group, headquartered in Neuenegg near Bern, was founded in November 2020. It is a group of companies that aims to make a significant contribution to the reindustrialisation of Switzerland as a manufacturing location with its vision "We are the Swiss factory" and the merger of innovative SMEs with complementary manufacturing and assembly technologies as well as complementary engineering know-how. The addition of Antrimon expands the group to 12 companies with around 450 employees.
As part of the SwissFactory.Group, Antrimon has the best prerequisites to fulfil customer expectations and needs even better and to develop further. With this step, founder and owner Stefan Schimon is securing a future in an innovative, digitalised and diversified industrial group.

Stefan Schimon will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antrimon Group AG in the future and will also take on a board mandate at SwissFactory.Group. Consequently, he will contribute his knowledge and experience to the SwissFactory.Group in the future.
